Description

Talent professionals and hiring managers worldwide were asked why organizations invest in employee experience. Responses include increase employee retention, productivity, meet expectations of Millennials/GenZ and attract more candidates.

Methodology

Data is from the January 2020 LinkedIn report titled "2020 Global Talent Trends." 7,089 talent professionals and hiring managers worldwide were surveyed via email during August 24-September 30, 2019. Respondents were LinkedIn members who self-identified as professionals who work in a corporate human resources/talent acquisition department or hiring managers who have some authority over hiring decisions for their team.
