Click-and-Collect Methods US Internet Users Have Tried vs. Are Interested in, Oct 2019 (% of respondents)

Description

US internet users were asked which click and collect methods they have tried and compared the results to those who identified as interested in trying. Data includes picking up at register, using curbside pickup, trunk delivery, and using a locker code.

Methodology

Data is from the January 2020 National Retail Federation (NRF) report titled "Consumer View Winter 2020: Convenience and the Consumer" conducted by Toluna Analytics. 2,949 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during October 2-29, 2019. The consumer poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 2 percentage points.
