Description

US consumers were asked whether they buy products online, in-store or both online and in-store. Some of the product categories consumers were asked about were household cleaning, packaged food, OTC, healthcare, clothing, toys and consumer electronics.

Methodology

Data is from the August 2019 GfK report titled "GfK FutureBuy 2019: US Market Findings Highlights." 1,000 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during June-August 2019. Survey responses were weighted to represent the general US population.
