How Often Do US Mobile App Users Use Apps While Shopping In-Store? (% of respondents, June 2019)
Description
This survey asked US consumers about the frequency with which they use mobile apps in-store while shopping. The options given were frequently, occasionally and infrequently.
Methodology
Data is from the August 2019 Pymnts.com and LISNR report titled "Which Apps Do They Want?" 1,045 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during June 3-10, 2019. Respondents all use mobile apps to plan trips to the store (e.g., identify products, search for stores that have specific products or find directions to physical store locations before visiting). The survey sample was census-balanced. LISNR is a payments technology company.
