US Internet Users Who Perceive Voice Banking* to Be Beneficial, 2017-2019 (% of respondents)

Description

This chart shows share of US internet users who perceive voice banking to beneficial during 2017-2019.

Methodology

Data is from the July 2019 Fiserv report titled "Expectations & Experiences: Channels and New Entrants" conducted by The Harris Poll. 3,055 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during February 14-March 4, 2019. The internet users all had a checking account with a bank, credit union, brokerage firm or other financial organization and used their checking account to pay a bill or make a purchase in the past 30 days. Data was weighted to ensure that relevant demographic characteristics of the sample matched those of the US general population.
