Description

Patients in the US were asked where they read or post reviews of their healthcare providers online. Websites include Google, WebMD, Yelp, Healthgrades and Facebook.

Methodology

Data is from the April 2019 PatientPop report titled "The patient perspective 2019: online reputation." 839 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online via Survey Monkey during February 7-8, 2019. 54.4% of respondents were female, with representation across four age groups: 18-29, 30-44, 45-60, and 60+. Respondents are all active patients.
