Description
Consumers worldwide are likely to use click and collect, or store pick-up, in the future, and a significant number say they 'definitely would use' this service in the future. Consumers from all countries included are less likely to use kiosk pick-up than store pick-up in the future.Methodology
Data is from the March 2019 Periscope By McKinsey report titled "The Future of Shopping: Connected, Virtual and Augmented." 2,624 internet users ages 18-69 in four countries were surveyed online during February 2019. Respondents were from the US (n=1,101), Germany (n=516), France (n=503) and the UK (n=504).Chart Title
