Which Website Features Do US Internet Users Value Most When Shopping for Clothing Digitally? (% of respondents, Nov 2018)

Description

US Internet Users value free shipping over all other website features when buying clothing online.

Note

Data was provided to eMarketer by CPC Strategy.

Methodology

Data is from the February 2019 CPC Strategy report titled "The 2019 U.S. Forecast On Apparel Shopping Trends: How Shoppers Will Browse And Buy Apparel In 2019." 2,000 US internet users ages 18-65 were surveyed online by Survata during November 16-21, 2018. Respondents all purchased clothing online in the past. 76% reported only shopping for clothing online 1-5 times per year. Respondents were reached across the Survata publisher network, where they took a survey to unlock premium content, such as articles and ebooks. Respondents did not receive cash compensation for participation.
