Methodology
Data is from the October 2018 OrderDynamics report titled "Omni-2000 Research: Global - Is Retail's Click & Collect (BOPIS) Gaining Momentum?" 2,026 retailers from Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, the UK and the US were analyzed during August-October 2018. All retailers tracked had 10 or more physical store locations and included only retailers with a web presence (website or ecommerce platform for purchase). Not all retailers in the study had online order-taking capabilities. Of the retailers analyzed, fashion retailers accounted for 36%. OrderDynamics provides omnichannel commerce resources.Sources
