What Issues Did US Digital Shoppers Experience During the 2017 Holiday Season? (% of respondents)
Methodology
Data is from the October 2018 Pitney Bowes "2018 Global Ecommerce Study." 13,022 internet users ages 18+ in Australia (n=1,000), Canada (n=1,004), China & Hong Kong (n=1,004), France (n=1,000), Germany (n=1,002), India (n=1,002), Japan (n=1,002), Mexico (n=1,001), South Korea (n=1,003), the UK (n=1,002) and US (n=3,002) were surveyed online in July-August 2018. For the worldwide sample, respondents identified their genders as female (51%) and male (49%) and were ages 18-24 (13%), 25-39 (30%), 40-54 (27%), 55-69 (23%) and 70+ (7%). Respondents identified their income as less than $35,000 (32%), $35,000-$50,000 (13%), $50,000-$75,000 (20%), $75,000-$100,000 (13%) and over $100,000 (22%).
