What Issues Have Internet Users in North America Experienced When Contacting Brands for Support? June 2018 (% of respondents)
Methodology
Data is from the September 2018 LogMeIn "2018 AI Customer Experience Report" conducted by Vanson Bourne. 4,500 internet users ages 18+ in Australia and New Zealand (n=500), France (n=500), Germany (n=500), Hong Kong (n=500), India (n=500), North America (n=1,000), Singapore (n=500) and UK (n=500) were surveyed online during May-June 2018. Respondents identified as female (n=2,263), male (n=2,223), other (n=9) and prefer not to say (n=5). All of the respondents had contacted a brand during the past six months with an enquiry or issue to be resolved. The interviews were conducted using online interviewing, all of which were undertaken using a rigorous multilevel screening process to ensure that only suitable candidates were given the opportunity to participate.
