What Was the Main Reason that US Amazon Prime Day Buyers Purchased a Product from a Retailer Other than Amazon on Amazon Prime Day 2018? (% of respondents)
Methodology
Data is from the August 2018 A.T. Kearney "Post-Amazon Prime Day Survey." 1,001 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during July 23-26, 2018. The respondents all shopped on Amazon and purchased a product that was discounted for Amazon Prime Day on July 17-18, 2018. Respondents identified their gender as female (43%) and male (57%). Respondents identified their ages as 18-24 (16%), 25-44 (32%), 45-64 (32%) and 65+ (20%). Respondents identified their annual income as under $25K (21%), $25K-$49,999 (22%), $50K-$99,999 (29%), $100K-$149,000 (14%), $150K-$199,999 (7%) and $200,000+ (7%). Respondents identified their education level as high school or GED (21%), university or college (57%) and postgraduate degree (23%).
