Note

Buy online, pick up in-store refers to the "click-and-collect" model where buyers order online and pick up their groceries at the store drive-thru window. Data was provided to eMarketer by Market Force Information.

Methodology

Data is from the June 2018 Market Force Information "US Grocery Benchmark Study." 12,892 US grocery buyers ages 18+ were surveyed online in April 2018. 77% of respondents were female and 52% of respondents earned more than $50K per year. Market Force Information is a provider of customer intelligence and customer experience information.
