Current and Expected Usage of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Procurement and Supply Chain Processes According to Decision-Makers in Western Europe and the US, May 2018 (% of respondents)

Description

Decision-makers in Western Europe and the US were asked about their current and expected usage of artificial intelligence for procurement and supply chain processes.

Methodology

Data is from the June 2018 Forrester Consulting report titled "Enabling Smarter Procurement: How Modern Software Can Help Address Chief Procurement Officers' New Priorities" commissioned by Ivalua. 433 decision-makers with responsibility for or knowledge of procurement technology at their company in France, Germany, the Nordics, the UK and the US were surveyed online during January-May 2018. Respondents identified the number of employees at their company as 1,000-4,999 (41%), 5,000-19,000 (23%) and 20,000+ (36%). Ivalua is a procurement platform provider.
