Methodology
Data is from the April 2018 Conversocial report titled "The State of Digital Care in 2018." 2,059 UK (15%) and US (85%) internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during January 30-February 5, 2018. Respondents identified their gender as female (53.1%) and male (46.9%). Respondents identified their ages as 18-29 (19.3%), 30-44 (26.6%), 45-60 (29.5%) and 61+ (24.6%). Respondents identified their income as $0-$9,999 (8%), $10,000-$24,999 (9.8%), $25,000-$49,999 (17.9%), $50,000-$74,999 (14.3%), $75,000-$99,999 (12%), $100,000-$124,999 (8.7%), $125,000-$149,999 (5.8%), $150,000-$174,999 (3.1%), $175,000-$199,999 (1.8%), $200,000+ (4.6%) and prefer not to answer (14%). Conversocial is a cloud-based social customer service solution company.
