Campaign Management Priorities According to Marketing Professionals in North America, Jan 2018 (% of respondents)

Description

A January 2018 survey found most marketing professionals in North America identified improving audience (customer and prospect) segmentation for more targeted communication as the leading marketing priority. The second greatest trend is enabling customer journey mapping.

Methodology

Data is from the April 2018 Data & Marketing Association (DMA) and Winterberry Group report titled "Elevating the Customer Experience" sponsored by Pitney Bowes. 455 advertisers, marketers, publishers, technology developers and marketing service providers in North America were surveyed during January 2018. Respondents identified their company as brand marketers (42%) and providers of marketing services and/or technology (58%).
