Methodology
Data is from the March 2018 PwC report titled "Experience is everything: Here's how to get it right." 4,000 US internet users ages 13+ were surveyed online and via in-field interviews in December 2017. A separate survey of 11,000 internet users ages 18+ in Argentina (n=1,000), Australia (n=1,000), Brazil (n=1,000), Canada (n=1,000), China (n=1,000), Colombia (n=1,000), Germany (n=1,000), Japan (n=1,000), Mexico (n=1,000), Singapore (n=1,000) and the UK (n=1,000) were surveyed online in January 2018.Sources
