Description

Global smartphone users ages 16-65 were asked how they manage their smartphone use by generation. Generational breakouts include Baby Boomers, Gen Xers, Gen Z and Millennials from Brazil, France, India and US. Strategies include putting the ringer to silent, phone off the table at meals/meetings, ... limit use before bed, take a break, dim the screen, shut off the phone or turn the screen over, disabling notifications, keep it in another room, let the battery run out and install app blocker.
