Data is from the January 2016 Association of National Advertisers (ANA) and White Ops "2015 Bot Baseline: Fraud in Digital Advertising." Traffic from 1,300 campaigns across 49 ANA member companies were measured over 61 days during August 1-September 30, 2015. Over 9.7 billion nonmobile impressions were measured. The 49 member companies were from the following industries: auto, beer/spirits, CPG, financial/insurance, hospitality, pharmaceutical, restaurants, retail and technology. White Ops is an online fraud detection firm that tracks bot fraud and malware on the web.
