One creative concept should be able to fill an entire media plan. For most teams, it cannot, so the plan gets negotiated down to whatever creative can deliver. The connected TV (CTV) line comes out because there is no video. One social format runs instead of four.
AI Digital’s AI Creative Studio was built to close that gap. One idea goes in. Every format the plan can buy comes out, media-ready.
Most of what used to take weeks in production was never really creative work. It was the same idea remade in 12 sizes, cut for six channels, turned from video into a still, and back again. That is the part we automated. The video, the cutdowns, the bulk resizes, and even UGC-style content created with AI: all of it comes out of one concept. Small requests move at the same speed, so a headline swap or a new end card takes minutes rather than a week in a queue.
This is production as a system, not asset by asset. You don’t need to go back and order a new asset when a placement opens up. It already exists, because the concept was built to produce them all.
Media-ready is the part that matters. Our creative is made by the people who plan and buy the media, so every asset is built against a real placement, a real audience, and a real performance objective—not produced in a vacuum and adapted later.
And it changes what a media team can do. Instead of one asset per placement, you run an option set: multiple hooks, messages, cuts, and calls to action. You replace an underperformer that very day rather than carry it through the quarter. Testing five ideas costs barely more than testing one, so the learning curve that once ran in quarters compresses into weeks.
Work that once required a full video crew, CGI animation, a post house, and a six-figure budget now ships in under five working days. The savings are real, and the least interesting part of this. What they buy is the ability to act.
The industry already knows what that ability is worth. In EMARKETER and Perion's February 2026 survey of 111 US marketers and agency professionals responsible for more than $5 million in annual media spend, 48.7% said near-real-time creative optimization would be worth an 11% to 30% lift, and one in four expected more than 20%. Yet only 3.6% said creative performance is well understood and actively optimized today. Better reporting cannot fix a pipeline that delivers one asset when the plan needs twenty.
This does not mean creative direction matters less. Volume without a point of view produces mediocre ads faster. The studio runs on human and AI intelligence together: AI handles the scale, and our people supply the taste—the idea, the brand standards, and the call on which versions deserve media investment.
A single creative concept can now become a complete, media-ready asset system, which means a plan can be built around where the audience is, rather than around what production can deliver.
