The news: Klarna, Affirm, and Zip will be available as autofill payment options through Google Pay on Chrome for cart sizes of $35 or more. 

Google Pay also announced a streamlined Google Wallet experience for remittance senders.

Why this matters: BNPL providers want to get their installment plans available at checkout with the same ease of use as a credit or debit card. A deeper integration with Google Pay could help expose more Chrome desktop users to BNPL financing with 58% of US adults using Chrome as their dominant internet browser, per YouGov research.
