Bianca is an award-winning advertising executive, best-selling author, entrepreneur and mother of four. Founding The Bespoke Gift company in 2004, Bianca pivoted from the ad industry to build a pioneering personalized gift platform which connected consumers, online retailers and manufacturers seamlessly for the first time. A decade later, Bianca returned to marketing as head of client service for the world’s largest boutique digital marketing agency, Jellyfish, before joining Dentsu Aegis (iProspect & 360i) to run global clients such as Diageo, Burger King and Ikea, where she won the IPA & Campaign’s 2016 Woman of Tomorrow accolade. She joined WPP in 2018 to lead Blink, a third millennium consultancy, where she is invigorated to partner with brands to drive technologically accelerated, scalable growth.
