Methodology

Data is from the “Pharmaceutical Strategies Group 2024 PBM Customer Satisfaction Report.” 248 benefits leaders representing plans ranging in size from under 50 to over 25 million covered lives were surveyed between May 10 and June 7, 2024. Respondents were individuals representing employers, health plans, health systems, and unions/Taft-Hartley plans. Employer respondents made up the largest portion of the sample (55%), followed by health plan respondents (30%).
