Data is from a December 2020 Mastercard report titled "What Small Businesses Want in 2020/2021" conducted by Yonder Consulting. 2,800 microbusinesses worldwide were surveyed during July 24-August 11, 2020. Businesses had less than 50 employees and 71% had less than 10 employees. Respondents use banking or payment services for the business and have a smartphone for work.Chart Title
