Methodology
Data is from the November 2020 SPR "2020 Cloud Report." SPR surveyed 400 US IT decision-makers at the director level or above and 400 IT line-of-business employees at the senior manager level or below in early August 2020. All IT decision-makers worked at companies that used a private, public, or hybrid cloud deployment and were directly involved in establishing their organization’s cloud planning.
