Methodology

Data is from the May 2018 3Cinteractive "2018 Mobile Loyalty Report." 1,350 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during February 15-March 25, 2018. Respondents were female (42%) and male (58%). Respondents identified their ages as 18-21 (21%), 22-30 (15%), 31-40 (18%), 41-50 (27%), 51-60 (3%) and 61+ (15%).
