How Influential was Amazon Prime Day 2018* in US Amazon Prime Day Buyers' Decision to Make a Purchase? (% of respondents)

Methodology

Data is from the July 2018 InfoScout report titled "2018 Amazon Prime Day: An Early Read." 1,000+ US digital buyers ages 18+ who made a digital purchase from Amazon on Amazon Prime Day 2018 (July 16-17) were surveyed via mobile app during July 16-17, 2018. Respondents were female (80%), male (17%) and unknown (3%). Respondents identified their ages as 18-20 (1%), 21-24 (3%), 25-34 (29%), 35-44 (31%), 45-54 (19%), 55-64 (13%), 65+ (3%) and unknown (2%). Respondents identified their income as less than $20,000 (7%), $20,000-$40,000 (17%), $40,000-$60,000 (19%), $60,000-$80,000 (17%), $80,000-$100,000 (14%), $100,000-$125,000 (12%), $125,000+ (11%) and unknown (3%). InfoScout provides data and insights on shoppers and purchases.
