Waze—a mobile app owned by Google that integrates with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay—lets advertisers use navigation data from connected vehicles to guide people to brick-and-mortar destinations rather than targeting them once they get there. Waze is also one of several companies using dynamic billboards to deliver optimal creative based on real-time connected-car data.
