“[CX] is anything that people touch or interact with [regarding] your brand,” said Bohb Blair, global chief experience officer at media agency Starcom Worldwide. He said that the definition of CX is evolving as brands look beyond their own footprint to optimize the CX across anywhere the brand is represented, including places not fully controlled by the brand itself.
