We're still planning out our marketing calendar as if the world is going to get back to normal. If we need to shift any messaging, we will. But Mother's Day is coming up, and even with everything going on right now, people still want to buy a present for their mom. So, the messaging might be different, but we're still going to market around that calendar.

We’ve had to get really creative with marketing. Even photoshoots have become remote. For Mother’s Day, we created a really funny campaign that highlighted a pain point shared by many women—[juggling work with home life]. We set up the photoshoot through Zoom. The learning curve is still there for a lot of our audience in the US, especially since we focus on a more female audience from the millennial mom all the way to the boomer with an age range from 28 all the way to the 60s. A lot of the questions they ask are, "Oh, is it live? How do I chat? Can you see me?".
