Curbside pickup proves more popular than in-store for click and collect. Most digital grocery services featured in this benchmark offered curbside pickup, but fewer offered in-store pickup. However, those lacking in-store were not severely penalized since curbside proved to be the more popular offering. In-home delivery may be more appealing to consumers than previously thought.
