Directory ad spending will total $1.47 billion, a 20.0% drop. Even more than print, YP and directories lost audience to resources like Google Maps and Yelp. By 2020, directory ad spending is forecast to fall below $1 billion. Out-of-home (OOH) ad spending will grow 1.5% to $7.87 billion, representing 3.6% of total media outlays.
