Brazil Leads in User Numbers. We expect 12.2% of social network users in Mexico to use Snapchat at least once per month in 2019. Mexico will continue to track above the rest of the region through our forecast period. When it comes to user numbers, though, Brazil wins out in the region. There will be 10.0 million Snapchat users in the country in 2019, and it will add a further 1.5 million by 2023.
