China is not only the world’s largest market for retail, retail ecommerce, mcommerce and social commerce, it is also the most innovative marketplace for digital retail.

For all the chatter about ecommerce as a pandemic bright spot and the coronavirus boosting online grocery, consumers are still not loving buying groceries online. According to CivicScience, more US adults reported increasing their use of online grocery April 1-8 (17%) than March 24-31 (13%). But more also reported not being able to place an order at all, or having their order delayed.
