eMarketer Takes Prominent Role at dmexco Event in Germany

eMarketer chairman to lead discussion on key digital media trends

NEW YORK (August 26, 2015) — eMarketer is pleased to announce that its chairman and co-founder, Geoff Ramsey, will speak at this year’s dmexco event, which will take place in Cologne, Germany, on September 16 and 17. The event is expected to attract a large number of senior-level attendees from brands, agencies, media and technology companies from around the globe.

The panel session, titled “The Digitally Distracted Consumer,” will focus on the challenges and complexities facing media buyers and sellers in an increasingly fragmented digital world. Ramsey and MediaCom’s chief digital officer Deirdre McGlashan will discuss the global trends related to media fragmentation, device proliferation, consumer multitasking behavior and, ultimately, how marketers can win the attention of the digitally distracted consumer.
