Senior and executive level marketers were asked at what stage their company is in to identify customers across different channels and unify that data. Responses include no plans to do this and do not want to, no plans to do this but I would like to, early (am in the early stages and building a ... strategy now), somewhat (can identify customers across channels but can't tie that data together) or mature (I know who my customers are across interactions and can unify and inform experiences based upon that).More
