Description

Consumers in France, Germany and the UK were asked which attributes would they most like to see/have access to while shopping in-store. Attributes include electronic pricing (i.e. price tags that adjust throughout the day), real-time stock availability, free wi-fi, self-service payment apps, ... self-service ordering stations (i.e. the ability to order from another store or warehouse), interactive maps of the store and more.More

Methodology

Data is from the May 2019 Ruckus Networks report titled "Building The Connected Store: A Retail Playbook" conducted by YouGov. 5,245 internet users ages 18+ were surveyed in France (n=1,069), Germany (n=2,119) and the UK (n=2,057) during December 6-14, 2018. The data have been weighted and representative of all adults in each market. Ruckus Networks, an Arris company, provides Wi-Fi solutions to service providers and enterprises worldwide.
