Data is from the July 2018 Retail Systems Research (RSR) report titled "The State of Online Commerce 2018: High Hopes." 123 primarily US-based retail executives were surveyed online during March-April 2018. Respondents' headquarters were primarily in the US (93%) but also included Asia-Pacific (2%), ... Europe (2%), Latin America (1%), Middle East (1%) and the UK (2%). Respondents represented retailers who sold in the following product categories: apparel (15%), boutique retailers (7%), FMCG (11%), general merchandise (31%), hard goods/home decor/automotive (25%) and hospitality/restaurant/retail Services/Entertainment/Other (11%).More
