Dave is a Principal Analyst at EMARKETER. He leads the Marketing Desk which provides research and analysis for CMOs, Customer Experience professionals, and their teams. In previous positions, he has served as a management consultant, chief strategy officer, analyst and research director, and corporate communications leader. He is co-author of "Marketing to the Entitled Consumer," and holds degrees from the University of Galway, Trinity College Dublin, and the University of Stirling.
