Rick Bazaz is senior engineering manager of eCommerce at Dick’s Sporting Goods. Rick joined the Dick’s Sporting Goods e-commerce team in 2013 to assist with their insourcing initiative. He has helped DSG insource and relaunch its Golf Galaxy, Field & Stream, and Dick’s Sporting Goods retail sites. Rick’s primary focus in 2017 was performance engineering, specifically scaling their platform for its first holiday with its flag ship site (www.dickssportinggoods.com).
