eMarketer: When Shop.ca is exploring advertising campaign options, how important is the facet that’s dedicated to email marketing?

Mark Daprato: Email marketing is the opportunity for us to speak to our really loyal customer base in a relevant and meaningful way. So we look at email marketing as a privilege, not as sort of a pure sales channel.
