eMarketer: How are marketers adjusting budgets for TV and digital video in the UK?

Moti Cohen: We saw a shift in the amount of budgets going to video. Everybody is starting to invest heavily in video creation and content. [They are investing in] digital first, and then to mobile and lastly social. You can include apps like Snapchat in it, too. You can include YouTube and Facebook as well.
