Steijn Pelle: Our mission is to inform and educate people, especially in Third World countries. Through Messenger, we are increasing engagement with HealthTap. Rather than having to go on our website and search [through existing content] to find an answer, users can ask our Facebook Messenger bot and immediately get an answer.
