Data is from the November 2016 Futuresource Consulting report titled "Kids Tech." 5,600 parents of children and teens ages 3-16 in China, Germany, the UK and the US (n=1,400 in each country) were surveyed online during August-September 2016. Parents of 100 boys and 100 girls in each of the following age groups were included in the study: 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14 and 15-16. This is the sixth wave of the report. Futuresource Consulting is a research and forecasting firm specializing in technology and media.
