    Data is from the September 2016 Ovum report titled "Get It Right: Deliver the Omni-Channel Support Customers Want" commissioned by BoldChat. 300 contact center managers from various industries and 400 consumers across Australia/New Zealand, Europe and the US were surveyed online and by telephone during April-May 2016 about the importance of customer service in keeping customers loyal. Respondents were ages 18-30 (25%), 31-45 (25%), 46-60 (25%), 61-80 (25%) and were 50% female and 50% male. BoldChat is a live chat software solution.
