Respondents were from Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Indonesia, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, the UK and the US. Shoppers are defined as people who browse, comparison shop, gather information or purchase products and services.
