Data is from the December 2014 White Ops and Association of National Advertisers (ANA) report titled "The Bot Baseline: Fraud in Digital Advertising." Traffic from 181 campaigns from 36 ANA member companies, which were tagged to identify bot fraud, were measured over 60 days between August 1-September 30, 2014. More than 5.5 billion impressions across 3 million domains were monitored, comprised of display (85%) and video (15%) impressions purchased via direct, network and programmatic channels. The 36 member companies were from the following industries: auto, beer/spirits, CPG, financial/insurance, hospitality, pharmaceutical, restaurants, retail and technology. White Ops is an online fraud detection firm that tracks bot fraud and malware on the web
