Data is from the October 2017 Market Force Information report titled "US Banking: Consumer Experiences & Competitive Benchmarks." 6,518 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed via email from MFI's survey panel during August 1-18, 2017. Panel members are incentivized for multiple prizes when they complete surveys chosen at random. 74% of respondents were female, 25% were male and 1% preferred not to answer. 51% of respondents earned more than $50,000 per year.
