    Data is from the December 2018 Aspect "2018 Aspect Consumer Experience Index Survey" conducted by Conversion Research. 1,002 US internet users ages 18-68 were surveyed online in September 2018. Respondents were female (n=528) and male (n=474). Respondents identified their ages as 18-21 (n=234), 22-37 (n=264), 38-49 (n=254) and 50-68 (n=253). Aspect is an enterprise cloud contact center and workforce optimization solution company.
