Data is from the June 2016 Verizon "Quality Matters: Video Streaming Quality Report 2016." 1,007 US digital video viewers ages 18+ were surveyed online during April 8-13, 2016. Respondents all streamed digital video on one or more of the following devices in the past month: connected TV, desktop/laptop, mobile phone or tablet. Respondents also had home broadband internet and smartphone internet service.
